[Press release] Sodexo Pass France announces three innovative partnerships to offer employees a unique choice of advantages

Nanterre, 19th May 2022

Sodexo Pass France, the benefits and rewards activity of Sodexo in France, has announced three partnerships to enrich and diversify its employee benefits offer, reinforcing its position as a strategic partner for Human Resources Departments.

By joining forces with Skipr, a digital mobility solution; Rosaly, a fintech specialising in financial well-being; and Gymlib, the leading provider of no-commitment sports subscriptions; Sodexo Pass France is enhancing its ability to meet growing employee expectations.

Through these partnerships, Sodexo Pass France intends to further strengthen its position as a leading player in the employee benefits market, while continuing to innovate to offer an increasingly digitised and personalised employee experience.

Faced with the challenges of recruiting and retaining talent, companies — regardless size or sector of activity — need to offer an increasingly comprehensive and personalised benefits policy to meet their employees’ expectations. With 80% of employees looking for more flexibility in the workplace* and purchasing power being French people’s number one concern, advanced employee benefits are more important than ever to enhance employee well-being.

To better support companies and their Human Resources in defining flexible benefits policies adapted to diverse employee profiles, Sodexo Pass France, is expanding its range of services through three innovative partnerships.

“Sodexo Pass France already supports 50,000 companies, representing 5 million employee beneficiaries. Our in-depth knowledge of the challenges facing companies and the needs of their employees enables us to select the best solutions at the cutting edge of innovation, to offer a personalised, attractive, and sustainable employee experience. Sodexo Pass France is now expanding its unique range of services with the ambition of providing a 360° solution for HR departments in all companies,” highlights François Gaffinel, CEO, Sodexo Pass France.

Facilitating employee mobility

By becoming the exclusive partner of the startup Skipr, Sodexo Pass France is enhancing its mobility offer with the first comprehensive, flexible and sustainable mobility solution that combines public transport, micromobility and shared mobility.

  • Employees can access the solution via a mobile application and payment card.
  • Employers benefit from simplified management and can subsidise each trip without having to pay in advance.

With an easy-to-implement sustainable mobility package and optimised reimbursement for public transport subscriptions, companies reduce their carbon impact. This service is particularly adapted to companies and residents based in urban or peri-urban areas. In giving access to this service to a large number of companies, Sodexo’s Benefits and Rewards acts to protect the environment.

Simplifying advanced payment for companies and employees

In a context of weakening purchasing power, 58% of French people believe that companies should offer access to salary on demand2 . With social-impact fintech Rosaly, founded in 2019 by Arbia Smiti, Sodexo Pass France is responding to this increasing demand with a 100% digital service for efficient, fast and personalised payroll management designed for Human Resources Directors and Compensation and Benefits Managers.

  • In one click, users request a portion of the salary already due in the month without any need to justify it.
  • For the HR team, the process is automated and compatible with their payroll software and does not require any cash advance.

This approach improves the employee experience, thus helping attract and retain talent. It also demonstrates the employer’s commitment to the financial well-being of its employees.

Continuing to provide unlimited access to sports and wellbeing services

Already committed to offering unlimited access to sports and wellness, Sodexo Pass France and Gymlib are renewing their exclusive partnership to meet a growing need to practice a sporting activity.

  • Users have access to a wide range of activities, from the most traditional to the most unusual, via an application. At home or in a dedicated location, alone or with colleagues, they can practice fitness, yoga, swimming, cycling, boxing, crossfit, taekwondo, climbing, indoor soccer, golf, aquabike, basketball, sophrology, massage, cryotherapy, etc.
  • With this solution, HRDs and CSEs can act in favour of employee health and well-being and develop team spirit and commitment.

600 companies are already taking advantage of this offer to give 300,000 employees access to 4,000 sports facilities via the Gymlib application.
